Please implement the optional Slow Natural Healing rule from the DMG as an option. Ideally a checkbox or radio button in the Long Rest panel on the character sheet.

  I agree. Currently we have to only take Short Rests so we can manage HD but then have to remember to manually regain features when actually taking a Long Rest, which is cumbersome

  I wanted to do this so badly on my current campaign but it proved to be too much of a hassle to keep track of so we opted out entirely.  It was quite disappointing.
