Non-Magical Homebrew Items (Specifically musical instruments)

This seems like a pretty large oversight if I'm honest. There's no option to create a truly non-magical item, which is kind of crazy. Most items in a world will not be magical, and when doing character creation, especially for a class like the bard, who's instruments are important to their entire character function, this can be pretty crippling, if not just frustrating for players.
