Simply put, PLEASE LET ME HAVE VERSIONS OF THINGS! Public notes, private notes, character sheets, etc.
Versioning: Right now, when entering public notes, if I screw up, it's gone and I need to retype it from scratch! While I understand this is one me for screwing up, I dislike that I am required to keep a copy of the notes elsewhere to avoid the risk of losing these things. This could help for players as well if something "went wrong" (browser crash, data corruption, child facerolling tablet), it would be helpful to look back to the previous version to find "Oh, my Charisma wasn't actually 6...but 9".
Simple Logs: From both a DM and player perspective, I would like a simple activity log. From a DM perspective, unless the characters were started through D&D Beyond and used the dice rolls there, a player could easily 'tweak' stats or add/remove items. The trust in player honesty is really not the company's responsibility, but when items are lost between players it is much more tedious (e.g. WarriorDude hands WarlockWoman Staff of Infinite Cheese Wheels a few sessions back, but WarlockWoman forgets to add it, I've got to play investigator to figure out wtf happened X sessions ago). Literally any basic change log would amazing (e.g. WarlockWoman used a spell slot, WarriorDude took X damage, RamblingRogue used a luck point).
