Make concentration spells more obvious

Usually Concentration doesn't have its own line in the description, but is listed as part of the duration. The dedicated pages for each spell have the icon in the Duration field for the spell instead. Having the icon in the Duration field seems sufficient to me, but it's missing from the abbreviated version that comes up for quick reference on the character sheet (which is where I'm usually going to need the strongest reminder of it).

Even if it's a little redundant with the icon next to the name, having the concentration icon or the word Concentration included in the description as part of the duration would be more in line with how it's usually described in most sources and help with remembering it.

This feature was also mentioned in the last dev update, which would certainly help but seems like it might take a lot more effort to streamline another thing the user is going to have to fiddle with: https://dndbeyond.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360024004693-Concentration-indicator . Even if we get that, it would still be nice to have the quick spell description standardized with most sources.

It may also be useful to have some sort of indicator on the character sheet (near the Conditions box, perhaps?) that says you're concentrating on X spell. That could then trigger an automated alert to roll a Con save when you're concentrating and then take damage.

The issue was fixed in a recent update. Spell descriptions now show "Duration: Concentration, up to x minutes" when opening spell in sidebar.
