Currently when setting a proficiency, expertise or twice proficiency option the bonus is a blanket effect to the chosen skill no matter what.
However, it might be useful to be able to limit these only to when a skill is using a particular ability score; while we can set one in each of these modifiers it is currently ignored.
For example, I could grant proficiency only in Strength (Intimidation) checks, causing the proficiency to apply only when that is set as the ability score for those checks.
This shouldn't require any change in the UI, though it might be a good idea to add some kind of indicator that the proficiency is conditional (e.g- a dotted circle for conditional expertise/twice proficiency or a white-filled circle for conditonal proficiency)?
